Japanese entrepreneur invited to the State of the Union

Mr. Hiroyuki Fujita, a Japanese entrepreneur, whose company manufactures medical equipment in Ohio, was invited to the State of the Union address at the White House on January 25. He was one of 24 guests who got the seats of honor.

Mr. Fujita who has a Ph.D in physics from Case Western Reserve University is one of the leading researchers who developed “MRI” device, and his company, Quality Electrodynamics, became the world best selling manufacturer in the industry in just 5 years since founded.

It appears that the current administration wanted to show that they put a great emphasis on job creation by inviting Mr. Fujita, a Japanese entrepreneur who has hugely contributed in creating manufacturing jobs in the U.S. soil.

After the President’s address, Mr. Fujita told NHK, “President Obama stressed the importance of bringing back more manufacturing jobs to the U.S. despite the difficulty. I admire his courage and effort in running the giant nation.”
